This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how refunds, cancellations, and service changes are handled for services offered by Ashutosh Videos, a proprietorship firm based in Barnala, Punjab, India.

📡 1. Services Covered

This policy applies to all broadband, cable TV, and combo packages provided by Ashutosh Videos in association with Netplus Broadband and Fastway Cable TV.

🔁 2. Cancellations

• Before Installation:
  If a customer cancels the service before installation or activation, the payment will be refunded after deducting any processing or setup costs (if applicable).

• After Installation:
  Once broadband or cable service has been installed and activated, the subscription is considered active and cannot be cancelled or refunded for the current billing period.

• Combo Plans:
  For OTT or combo (TV + Internet) packages, no cancellation or change is allowed once the plan is activated.

💳 3. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

1. Duplicate Payment:
   If a customer makes a payment twice by mistake, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

2. Installation Not Possible:
   If broadband or cable installation cannot be completed due to technical unavailability in the customer’s area, a full refund will be provided within 7–10 business days.

3. Bank Processing Time:
   Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for purchase. Bank or payment gateway delays are beyond our control.

🚫 4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

• Active service period already started

• Customer relocates or changes address mid-plan

• Poor speed or signal issues caused by third-party network conditions

• Customer fails to provide access for installation after booking

• Offers, discounts, or promotional plans are non-refundable

⚙️ 5. Plan Modifications

Plan upgrades or renewals can be done at any time by contacting our support team.
However, once payment is made, downgrades or cancellations are not allowed until the plan expiry date.
